Alaska-based developer JL Properties has broken ground on two new hotel projects at Disney’s Flamingo Crossings, an location just west of the Walt Disney Globe complex.

The two new hotels will be operated beneath the Marriott umbrella: a TownPlace Suites and a SpringHill Suites, and combined will comprise 500 rooms. The properties are anticipated to open by January 2016.

JL Properties says they are organizing to construct 5 extra hotels at Flamingo Crossings in the next four to 5 years.
